Please Respond to Your Online Reviews

For those kind enough or mad enough to leave an online review, whether it’s on Google or Facebook, make sure you have someone who is dedicated to responding.



I have seen a company’s Google listing with a number of positive reviews and no reply from the owner/business. Can you imagine? Someone was so thrilled with your product or service they took the time to write a 5-star Google review. Your response? Nothing.


Or, someone had a bad experience with your company and left a one-star Google review. Your response? Crickets. No context or information about what happened, or at the very least, an apology.


As the owner of a business, you should know that we are all cyber vetting our next purchase or appointment. We are reading through your positive and negative reviews, so it is imperative that you reply. Please!
